• All the staff at Quality Auto Detailing are well-trained and highly experienced. 
• Multiple visits each week by the company owner and a highly skilled, on-the-road supervisor. 
• An English-speaking detail manager is always assigned.
• At least one team member onsite is an expert in wet sanding at all times. 
• Complimentary assistance with snow removal during the winter. 
• Showroom cleaned twice daily at no charge. 
• Used vehicles are almost always detailed within 24 hours, with a maximum turnaround of 48 hours. 
• We meet with the appropriate staff regarding used vehicles and remove all auction notices to ensure vehicles are fully prepared before being seen by customers. 
• If the service department is backed up, we will prepare the vehicle prior to service and touch it up afterward at no additional charge.
• No disruption due to staff substitution if a team member is absent or if you are dissatisfied with performance. 
• We are not satisfied with anything below a 100% CSI score for detailing. Every vehicle is a “10” every day. We do not impress initially and then fall off—we deliver consistent excellence.
• Swirls and scratches are permanently removed, not masked. 
• Work areas are maintained in a neat, clean, and organized manner.
• Guaranteed: Our professional service-detail promotional materials and close coordination with the service department will significantly increase customer-paid detailing profits. 
• We maintain full liability insurance and all other required coverages. 
• We provide all chemicals, equipment, and supplies, using only the highest-quality products. 
• Upon starting at your dealership, the owner will be onsite for several days, followed by frequent visits by the owner or a senior team member to ensure quality and satisfaction. 
• Routine quality control audits are performed, including interviews with your staff to confirm satisfaction. 
• Detail staff are required to immediately report any issue or concern—no matter how minor—to senior management. Our team is reachable 24/7. 
• We request the opportunity to occasionally attend management meetings to review performance and satisfaction. 
• We do not turn down customer-paid service details, provided they are received within a reasonable timeframe during the day. We make every effort to complete them even on the busiest month-end days. 
• We do not take holidays off. If your dealership is open, we are fully staffed and operational. 
• After a customer-paid detail, we will review the completed work and any vehicle concerns with the service advisor and, if preferred, directly with the customer. 

Multi-Step Quality Control Process 

• The detail technician who worked on the vehicle must personally sign off on the job—accountability is essential.
• The vehicle is taken outside, with doors, trunk, hood, and fuel door opened, and inspected by both the Assistant Detail Manager and the Detail Manager before release to Sales or Service. 
• The following morning, the vehicle is re-inspected in natural daylight. 
• During supervisor visits, the vehicles on the lot are inspected for proper quality and condition.
